This is a role for someone who combines rigorous operational discipline with genuine care for employee experience and who can thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with minimal supervision.
- Work as part of the global HR Operations team, ensuring high performance, clean data maintenance, and continuous engagement against departmental SLAs.
- Maintain and optimise our HRIS ecosystem (HiBob, Innform, Lawpilots, and related tools), proactively identifying data gaps before they affect downstream reporting.
- Perform regular audits to ensure the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, security, and compliance at all times.
- Deliver scheduled and ad-hoc HR data and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Serve as primary owner of Czech Republic payroll and all related compliance topics – including Czech labour law and social security legislation – ensuring accuracy and timeliness for every payroll cycle.
- Coordinate with Finance on budget, headcount, and FTE reporting, delivering the payroll report by month-end cutoff without exception.
- Support the HR Ops Manager and VP HR in managing external payroll, insurance, and government vendors across Czech Republic and other international hubs, proactively flagging compliance risks.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with Czech Republic employment and labour law, as well as relevant legislation in all other countries where the team operates.
- Conduct internal HR audits to identify risks and gaps; own day-to-day management of Inbox and Zendesk queries with a maximum 3-day turnaround.
- Stay ahead of legislative changes across all relevant jurisdictions, bringing actionable recommendations to the team before changes take effect.
- Serve as primary HR point of contact for Czech Republic employees, handling all queries – certificates, amendments, target letters, L&D approvals, absence management – with a maximum 3-day turnaround.
- Own onboarding and offboarding for Czech-based employees, adapting global practices to Czech legal and cultural requirements.
- Provide HR Ops support across other international locations as part of the global HR Operations team.
- Proactively identify and deliver process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices across HR Ops – from idea through to implementation.
- Contribute to key recurring outputs including the Hybrid Working Policy update, People Newsletter, and HR metrics and KPI reports for leadership.
- Support the creation and monitoring of HR metrics and KPIs, preparing planned and ad-hoc reports for Management and Senior Leadership.

- 3+ years of HR Operations experience in a multi-country or global environment, with proven hands-on responsibility for HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes in the Czech Republic and at least one other international location.
