As a Growth Customer Manager your main goal is to drive account expansion. By monitoring user health and reacting to real-time behavioral signals, you will execute immediate upsells for growing accounts. When you uncover large, high-value opportunities, you will partner closely with our core Sales organization to manage a seamless handover and maximize the deal's potential.
Your ability to bridge customer success with strategic commercial execution will directly accelerate our net revenue retention. This is your chance to elevate your tech sales career in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
Co budeš dělat
- Identify and proactively pursue upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- React to real-time customer signals to identify upsell opportunities or determine the right moment to engage and retain customers.
- Upsell relevant customers to higher-touch engagement models and partner closely with Sales to seamlessly hand over and drive large-scale opportunities.
- Recommend and transition customers to more advanced and higher-value packages when aligned with their needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction , engagement, and long-term retention.
- Proactively address cancellation risks , work to prevent churn, and re-engage customers to win back business.
- Demonstrate the value of the product through regular meetings, strategic guidance, and ongoing consultative support.

- Has previous experience in a customer-facing role (CSM, Account Management, or Inside Sales) with a proven track record of handling upsells or expansions.
- Enjoys a collaborative sales environment and knows how to qualify and smoothly hand over complex enterprise deals to Sales partners.
- Is proficient in English.
- Has a strong work ethic, exceptional consultative skills, and knows how to build trust with diverse business stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce — an Advantage.
