The Lead Sales Specialist is responsible for managing selected accounts, driving Portfolio generation, shall contribute in expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating and finalizing contracts, and ensuring alignment with company priorities and customer needs. The Lead Sales Specialist will work closely with marketing, program management and customer support, and other relevant internal functions to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the Lead Sales Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, and identifying and preventing potential compliance and reputational risks.

- Develop and growth the business: Identify and develop new business opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and create actionable plans.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify and prevent potential compliance and reputational risks for the company. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any high risk transaction.
- Order acquisition: Achieve order acquisition and as sold profitability targets. Negotiate and win new contracts, ensuring alignment with company priorities. Prepare and release the annual pricing catalogue, ensuring consistency of costs and profitability targets
- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong, transparent and trustworthy relationships with customers and stakeholders. Identify customer needs and expectations, aligning them with company priorities. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction to foster long term relationship and loyalty.
- Collaboration and cross-functional alignment: Work closely with internal functions to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Lead the proposal team, for large new initiatives
- Budget and forecast preparation (for the assigned perimeter of responsibility): Prepare annual sales budgets and long range forecasts. Monitor budget performance and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Analysis and reporting: Generate detailed and accurate sales reports for senior management and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, budget utilization, and forecast updates.

- Languages: fluent in english (oral and written);.
- Travel: availability for frequent travel as required by the role.
