The Key Account Manager (KAM) – EMEA is responsible for building, retaining, and expanding relationships with ProFarm's highest-value clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This remote, Europe-based role serves as the primary point of contact for major accounts, driving strategic growth while ensuring seamless cross-functional delivery of solutions.

- Relationship Management: Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for major clients, preventing churn and proactively mitigating client escalations or complaints.
- Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling products and services that align with clients' long-term objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments — marketing, product development, logistics, and finance — to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and timely fulfillment of client needs.
- Sales & Revenue Tracking: Manage client budgets, negotiate contract terms, and oversee account profitability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use metrics to prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for clients and internal stakeholders.
Koho hledáme
- Location: Based in Europe, with ability to work remotely and travel as needed across the EMEA region
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the agriculture industry, including at least 5 years as a large strategic/key account manager
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical Skills: Comfort interpreting data and using sales dashboards and reporting tools
- Negotiation: Demonstrated track record of resolving complex problems and successfully negotiating contracts
