You will assist with the quoting, delivery, and customer communication relating to works carried out by our field-based inspectors and engineers and subcontractors across the country.

- Assist with day-to-day tasks relating to providing our customer quotes following inspections by Kompan engineers as well as maintenance query support directly from our customers. This will include regular preparation for customer calls and reports.
- Support in quoting for repair and refurbishment work carried out by our field-based engineers, following inspection visits and general enquiries. This will also require engagement with our subcontractor network to obtain quotes to support our own quote process.
- To assist the accounts team with any invoice issues linked to the inspection and maintenance work.
- Working simultaneously on multiple projects, balancing workload, and communicating when support is needed to ensure deadlines are met.
- To assist in the development of systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the Inside Sales department.
- Investigating and helping to resolve customer complaints and enquiries regarding repair and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure the systems used by the Inside Sales team are kept clean and the data is accurate and up to date. As reports are collected from our systems by your line manager and external head office colleagues, this is an essential part of your role.
- Liaising with internal colleagues and external clients is required on a regular basis.

- Good geographical knowledge and use of planning tools.
- Experience in Word, Excel, Microsoft Suite, and an ERP system
- Experience of working within a construction, maintenance or service engineers’ business maybe an advantage, but training will be given to the right candidate
