About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Engineer/Implementation Consultant (Make Specialist) who is an independent and creative thinker, enthusiastic and eager to lead customer projects implementing Emplifi’s Customer Experience solutions - in particular, integrations using the Make.com platform, with our Professional Services team. In this role, the Implementation Consultant will have the opportunity to bring our company’s Solutions to life to enable our Customers to deliver the best experiences to their Customers. This role will collaborate closely with a cross-disciplinary team of peers, including Sales, Software Engineers, and Solutions Architects and Consultants.

- Participate as an active member and leader of project teams supporting common goals, objectives, and processes
- Directly communicate with worldwide customers to analyze their business needs, gather requirements, and present designed integration solutions (roughly 30% of the role is client-facing)
- Leverage automation and integration tools focusing on custom Make.com scenarios to create scalable, data-driven engagement workflows for clients with complex multi-application ecosystems
- Partner closely, mainly with our Solution Architects and Project Managers, as well as Product and Sales teams, to translate customer requirements into technical reality and ensure smooth project execution
- Formulate and define the system's scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
- Ensure all customer requirements are clearly documented and accurately tracked throughout the project
- Support team planning, analysis, execution, and management of projects
- Use our internal AI stack (Claude, Gemini, and more) to work smarter and to simplify your daily tasks, speed up coding, and optimize your delivery
Koho hledáme
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience using and building with automation tools and integration platforms - Make.com is highly preferred, but experience with Zapier or similar is also welcome
- 3-5 years of experience in delivering or supporting technical solutions such as CRM Products, Chatbots, Knowledge Bases, or similar
- Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders/clients
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, SQL, Python, or similar (ability to read API documentation and write or adapt basic scripts)
- A practical mindset towards AI - used to leveraging AI models (like Claude or Gemini) to optimize your daily engineering tasks, with a solid understanding of how AI features are implemented into automation workflows
- Four-year college degree BA/BS
- Excited to learn, grow, and develop within a leading (AI) Customer Engagement space
- Eager and self-motivated with the ability to work on a wide variety of tasks, while showing initiative to learn and grow with our team
- Experience and understanding of one or more of the following: Call Center or BPO Processes; Quality Assurance Processes; Fulfillment Processes
