Our teams at Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) support Siemens worldwide in various strategic and customer-centric areas such as HR services, finance, IT, Logistics and accounting.
To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Customer Relations Manager who will help us build and nurture relationships with C-level management, ensuring a unified GBS presence to our customers. This role demands strategic planning and acting, customer knowledge, and consultative selling skills to drive CRM activities and represent the voice of the customer.

- Account Management: Plan, drive, and manage customer accounts cross BL and along with senior management, aligning with business’ strategies.
- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management level across customer organizations to drive growth and collaboration. Engage with the customers on future development such as AI etc.
- Coordination of Activities: Act as the first point of contact, coordinating activities to ensure a seamless "one GBS face to the customer" experience.
- Costumer Knowledge Generation: Gather and leverage knowledge about the customers to enhance service volume, service delivery and customer satisfaction and support the BL portfolio strategy deployment.
- Voice of the Customer: Serve as the representative of customer needs and feedback towards GBS business lines and CRM network, ensuring their voices are heard and addressed.

- Customer and/ or GBS Knowledge: Deep understanding of at least one key customer and/ or one GBS business line.
- AI expertise: being capable of being an appreciated conversation partner for our customers to bridge GBS and customers’ aspiration of future AI development

- Developing Customer Value: Experience in creating and enhancing customer value through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer feedback, and business performance.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English and German is highly desirable.
