Co budeš dělat
- Manage restaurant reservations and seating across all hotel F&B outlets.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless arrival and dining experience.
- Liaise with Front Desk and Concierge to support hotel guests’ restaurant bookings.
- Brief the restaurant team daily on reservations, special occasions, and dietary requirements.
- Maintain constant communication with management to ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Koho hledáme
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in a similar role within fine dining or a hotel environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel; Opera and Micros knowledge is a plus.
- Warm, welcoming personality with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Czech, both written and spoken, with flexibility to work all shifts.
