You will be a key member of the Sales Enablement team delivering internal Estimation & Simulation web tools that support Compressor Technique business users within the domain of Sales and Marketing.
Co budeš dělat
- Own technical analysis and implementation of responsive web applications (React + C#/.NET), including API design and integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs, challenge assumptions, and propose solution options with clear trade-offs.
- Work closely with the Tech Lead to align on architecture, engineering standards, and delivery plans across multiple initiatives.
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery: quality, performance, security basics (including Entra ID authentication flows), releases, and aftercare.
- Promote clean code practices: refactoring, reuse, and reducing technical debt across the broader code ecosystem.
- Act as a multiplier for the team through mentoring, constructive code reviews, documentation, demos, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with UX/UI to implement user-friendly interfaces and iterate based on real end-user feedback.
- Continuously improve ways of working and adopt modern tooling (including AI-assisted development) where it increases quality and throughput.
Koho hledáme
- BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in software development with strong experience in React-based web applications and backend development in C#/.NET
- React (production experience)
- C# (.NET) with Minimal API
- REST API design & consumption
- Authentication/authorization with Microsoft Entra ID
- SQL (querying existing data)
- Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, work items)
- Git-based workflows (branching, PRs, reviews)
- Experience with agile development methodology (Scrum)
