Co budeš dělat
- Lead and deliver projects in Customer Experience, taking ownership for quality, timelines, and outcomes
- Advise internal clients across Siemens on data-driven decision-making and translate business needs into actionable insights
- Design and execute data collection and survey-based research initiatives in international and cross-functional environments
- Ensure high-quality and consistent data collection in line with defined standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Analyze and interpret data, derive structured insights, and develop clear recommendations
- Develop and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
- Prepare and present results to internal clients, including management-level audiences
- Contribute to the development of CX and analytics offerings, supporting continuous innovation of our portfolio
- Support the continuous improvement and standardization of methodologies, tools, and processes
Koho hledáme
- You hold a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in a consulting or corporate environment in areas such as Customer Experience, Market Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, or Service Design
- Experience with survey-based research, data collection methods, and customer insights generation
- Strong ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights from data, with initial experience working independently
- Experience in conducting analyses and contributing to projects or workstreams with increasing levels of ownership
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely, including to international stakeholders
- High level of self-initiative, reliability, and solution orientation
- Strong analytical thinking combined with a clear customer focus
- Collaborative mindset with confidence to contribute perspectives and constructively challenge stakeholders
- Very good English skills required; additional language skills (e.g. German) are a plus
