- Congress management and presence at international congresses • Project lead and management of Johnson & Johnson Medtech Electrophysiology (EP) presence at international congresses.
- Concept, planning, organization, on-site support and follow-up of the J&J MedTech EP presence at international congresses.
- Booth concept and design in collaboration with Brand Management
- Project budget management
- Strengthening partnership with congress organizers and associations
- Steer collaboration with external suppliers such as booth builders, convention agencies, hotels, logistic companies etc.
- Cost and quality control
- Project management of congresses including accompanying events
- Coordination of congress participations worldwide on request
- Coordination of Exhibition material and logistics
- Ensure application of company corporate compliance policies with all relevant stakeholders
- Security, maintenance, harmonization and development of J&J MedTech EP standards and processes
- Providing consistent internal and external information channels
- Meeting and Events • Partner with internal and external stakeholder and manage all logistical aspects of events e.g. venues, hotel rooms, travel, catering, audio visual, external vendors etc. and deliver events on time, within budget
- Delegate management: Create and publish events in the Global Event Registration System (cvent), manage registration and oversee registration information, prepare pre and post event communications
- Collaborate with approved Global Meeting & Travel Agency on venue/hotel research, site selection, contract negotiations and travel bookings
- Actively collaborate with internal departments e.g. Marketing, Professional & Commercial Education, internal Catering & Service companies, Health Care Compliance, Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.
- Actively manage and oversee events on the day of, including reactive problem-solving, directing event set-up, communicating and supporting all staff members
- Prepare pre-budget and manage cost reconciliation and cross-charges after each event
- Report KPIs and other metrics, e.g. Net Promoter Score, delegate numbers, budgets, expenses, etc.
- Pro-actively participate in various projects
- Occasionally willing to work unsocial hours

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (other languages preferred)
- Proven experience in project management or tourism management
- Educated to Higher Education or equivalent caliber (University degree in Business administration/events/tourism/marketing and/or an apprenticeship in the tourism business or hotel or event agency area)
- Customer service experience –essential
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience
- 2-3 years Health Care Industry Experience –preferred
