- Prepare, negotiate, and implement eJBPs with dedicated online pharmacy partners.
- Manage 3P marketplace operations and performance.
- Plan and execute promotional activities for the CHC product portfolio.
- Design and deploy solutions that maximize conversion across eCommerce partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Analyse sales effectiveness and track Digital Shelf KPIs.
- Deliver planned sales results and qualitative targets while ensuring optimal P&L management.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients and represent Opella at business meetings and events.
- Collaborate both with internal & external cross-functional teams and prepare analyses and reports for internal stakeholders and Group headquarters
- Collect, monitor, analise and report on eCommerce & eRetail Media KPIs
- Analyse sales effectiveness and track Digital Shelf & eRetail Media KPIs
Koho hledáme
- Minimum 3 years of CHC/FMCG sales experience, ideally including experience as an eCommerce KAM.
- Strong knowledge & deep understanding of the Czech/Slovak eCommerce landscape (Marketplaces, Q-Commerce, Pure Players + preferably: ePharmacies, Health Platforms, Omnichannel
- Experience in creating and executing eRetail Media Plans.
- Ability to implement the leading eCommerce strategy to meet sales and profit targets and incorporation of it on eJBP Plan and ensure eJBP executions follow strategic Channel alignment
- Advanced analytical skills; excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint; Brand Bank, eCommerce Insights, Profitero, Google Analytics, Allegro Analytics literacy will be a plus
- Strong negotiation skills, goal-oriented mindset, and customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to build and grow strategic client relationships.
- Collaborative mindset exposed to cross-functional projects
- Higher education and fluency in English (min. B2); Category B driving licence and readiness for a home-field-office work model.
- Fluent Czech or Slovak.
