The Impact You'll Make
As an Outbound Planning Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of finished goods from our production site to customers and distribution centers. Your work will directly contribute to on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and an efficient supply chain.
Your impact? By coordinating shipments, managing outbound planning activities, and collaborating closely with logistics providers and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure that products reach customers on time while optimizing transportation and warehouse operations.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Plan and coordinate outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers and distribution centers.
- Monitor order fulfillment, transportation schedules, and shipment execution while proactively addressing potential delays.
- Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, production planning, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain and update logistics data in SAP and other planning systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing outbound logistics processes, service levels, and operational efficiency.
Koho hledáme
- Secondary or higher education, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, transportation planning, dispatch, customer service, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with external partners.
- Very good Czech and English language skills, both written and spoken.
