Co budeš dělat
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets from various sources (e.g., blockchain transactions, financial markets, and customer data), using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL queries (Columnar databases) to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility, perform statistical data analysis
- Leveraging your expertise in Python to design and implement advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and to develop data-driven strategies for our products and services
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results, ensuring that key findings are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Working with key stakeholders to identify needs and report outputs to answer questions and drive decisions
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, blockchain, and finance, and identifying opportunities for improving our data infrastructure and analytical capabilities

- 3+ years of BI/Analytics experience
- English B2+ and experience of verbal communication in international teams
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Strong experience with Tableau data visualization
- Internally-motivated, self-starter mindset with an analytical thinking and curiousity to help find insights and show the value of data-driven decision making
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented approach with a passion for analytics and problem-solving
