We're a small, high-impact engineering team embedded inside the Go-To-Market organisation. Our job is to make Bloomreach impossible to ignore in a sales cycle, by building AI-powered demo environments, solution accelerators, and self-serve tools that let our presales team across the globe tell a compelling, tailored story to every prospect.
We move fast. We experiment constantly. We build things that look polished on the outside and are clever on the inside. And we have outsized influence on deals, what we build ends up in front of some of the world's largest retailers and brands.
Co budeš dělat
- Build AI-powered demo experiences - Design and build demo environments that showcase Bloomreach's full platform; as an integrated, intelligent commerce solution. Shopify-first, but always thinking about the holistic story.
- Enable SC self-service - Build tools and frameworks that let solution consultants create, configure, and personalize demo environments on their own. The goal is a team of SCs who can tailor a demo to a specific prospect's tech stack and use case, without engineering intervention for every request.
- Ship agentic and AI workflows - Implement and maintain AI-driven demo flows: LLM integrations, agent orchestration, vector search, and real-time personalization layers that bring Loomi and Bloomreach AI to life in demo contexts.
- Train and enable the field - When you ship something new, you make sure the presales team knows how to use it. You document, demo the demo, and build internal confidence.
- Keep the lights on - Demo reliability is non-negotiable. You troubleshoot fast, maintain performance in customer-facing environments, and treat a broken demo in front of a prospect with urgency and with the ability to switch gears.

- You default to AI-assisted development: Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot aren't add-ons for you, they're how you build.
- You're a fast learner who picks up new tools, frameworks, and product capabilities quickly. And you're energized by the pace, not overwhelmed by it and work well autonomously.
- You can take a loosely defined brief ("I need something that shows real-time personalization for a pet food brand on Shopify") and turn it into a working demo without waiting for a detailed spec.
- You're comfortable working with a US-based lead, taking direction well, and collaborating async across EU/US time zones.
- You communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and work well with Solution Consultants and cross-functional teams.
- You're proactive. You flag blockers early, ask good questions, and don't wait to be told what to do next.
