Mercier Consultancy Group is proud to present an outstanding opportunity for a Czech Speaking Reservations Agent For Booking.com position in Greece — one of the most sought-after Czech-speaking jobs currently available in the European tourism industry. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for Czech-speaking travellers, providing expert reservations support and delivering an elevated customer experience on behalf of one of the world's leading online travel and accommodation platforms. This is a remote position based within Greece, offering exceptional flexibility combined with the professional prestige of supporting a globally recognised brand in the vibrant tourism sector.
Co budeš dělat
- Handle inbound reservations enquiries from Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely support throughout the booking process
- Assist travellers with hotel, accommodation, and travel reservations on the Booking.com platform, ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey from start to finish
- Resolve booking modifications, cancellations, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, always prioritising customer satisfaction in line with tourism industry standards
- Provide detailed information regarding accommodation options, travel policies, special offers, and platform features to Czech-speaking guests
- Liaise effectively with accommodation partners and internal departments to coordinate reservations and resolve any discrepancies swiftly and professionally
- Accurately document all customer interactions, reservations data, and case outcomes using internal CRM systems, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity
- Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional travel services and premium accommodation options, contributing to overall business performance targets
- Stay up to date with the latest tourism industry trends, platform updates, and promotional campaigns to provide customers with current and relevant information
Koho hledáme
- Native or fluent Czech language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Czech
- Valid EU passport or appropriate documentation permitting legal employment within Greece (mandatory)
- Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, travel, or tourism-related role is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in the tourism industry
- Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and online booking systems; proficiency in English is an asset
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently in a fast-paced, remote working environment
