Koho hledáme
- Vocational training or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields
- Fluency in Czech
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to handle technical processes and procedures with minimal supervision
- Experience in specialized tasks, administrative support, or customer-focused roles in office, field, or site settings
- Skilled at identifying patterns, linking issues, and anticipating broader impacts
- Deep expertise in specific processes or broad proficiency across multiple areas through hands-on experience
