About the job: The Customer Performance Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize customer performance. Leveraging data insights and market trends, the Customer Performance Manager focuses on maximizing customer profitability while identifying new growth opportunities This role ensures effective implementation of commercial policies, pricing strategies, product mix at customer level. The position requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver sustainable business acceleration.

- Drive route-to-market strategy, including channel and customer segmentation, and define customer commercial conditions in line with company policy
- Develop and implement effective incentive strategies across customers and product portfolio
- Build and execute best-in-class Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with clients in the Polish market, including ownership of annual and quarterly planning cycles
- Lead Revenue Growth Management initiatives and continuous improvement programs while ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Design and execute customer-specific promotional frameworks aligned with brand strategy, translating price positioning into impactful activities
- Optimize promotional effectiveness by improving ROI, accelerating sell-out, and identifying trade spend inefficiencies in collaboration with Key Account Managers
- Act as a strategic business partner by strengthening cross-functional collaboration, monitoring financial KPIs, and analyzing market trends to drive customer capability growth and identify new opportunities
Koho hledáme
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Revenue Management in pharma industry or/and FMCG
- University degree in econometrics, economics or engineering
- Strong analytical thinking
- Excellent Excel knowledge as a must
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
