Bohemia Interactive, the leading independent game development company in the Czech Republic, with over 25 years in the industry, is looking for passionate Console Release Producer.
We are looking for an experienced Console Release Producer to join Bohemia Interactive in Prague and take ownership of production for Console Development. You will be coordinating the work of several developers across multiple task forces, delivering the foundations for our console build. You'll drive day-to-day production, manage workflows, mitigate risks, and make sure that everything ships on time and at the quality our players expect.
This is a hands-on role for a strong communicator and a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced AAA game development environment.
Co budeš dělat
- Be at the forefront of project progress with console development, identify bottlenecks, and bring together talented individuals from different disciplines across various studios
- Plan, prioritize, and track all Console related tasks and features across multiple projects
- Cooperate with Release Manager on timelines and requirements for console releases
- Take ownership of entrusted development areas and closely follow their progress – make sure all tasks are on track
- Assist the developers with Documentation and preparation of proposals for Third Party Partners
- Continuously identify and evaluate risks (issues, roadblocks, ineffective workflows or communication, etc.) and share them with the rest of the Production team
- JIRA and Confluence administration, according to project standards
- Act as a key communication hub between console development, rest of the development team and the production team

- Proven experience as a Producer in a game development studio
- Strong project management skills with a track record of shipping complex projects
- Experience working with Console Development
- Good understanding of requirements from Third Party Partners tied to Console Development
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track simultaneously
- Strong communication skills – proactive, assertive, and able to drive discussions and decisions
- English at a level required for daily team communication
- Willingness to work onsite in Prague
