The role ensures fair, competitive, and legally compliant compensation and benefits practices across the assigned area of the Zentiva organization. It contributes to Zentiva's people strategy by managing core Total Rewards processes — including job grading, the annual compensation cycle, and performance management alignment — and by driving the organization's readiness for EU Pay Transparency compliance.

- Owns the design, implementation, and consistent application of Compensation & Benefits policies, guidelines, and processes for the assigned area, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Evaluates and reviews job grades using the global job evaluation methodology (Mercer IPE, mapped to Korn Ferry grades), ensuring an internally fair and externally comparable grade structure.
- Leads the annual compensation cycle (salary reviews and bonus payments), coordinating process, timelines, tools, and stakeholders, and acts as the primary contact point for P&O and managers.
- Reviews, validates, and approves proposals for individual salary adjustments, off-cycle reviews, and candidate packages, ensuring guidelines are applied equitably and consistently.
- Coordinates market benchmarking and salary survey participation for the assigned area, working closely with country P&O Heads and P&O Business Partners to maintain market intelligence.
- Monitors relevant legislation and economic/social statistics, translating changes into internal procedures and salary review budget proposals to maintain compliance.
- Supports the design and ongoing management of performance management processes, partnering with the Talent & Development team to strengthen the link between performance and reward.
- Drives readiness and ongoing compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, contributing to gender pay gap analysis, reporting, and manager/employee communication materials, and leads continuous improvement initiatives across Total Rewards processes.
Koho hledáme
- Education: University degree.
- Languages: Advanced English (written and spoken); additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Expert knowledge of TR principles, methodologies, and practices.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex compensation concepts into clear, practical guidance.
- Strong PC skills, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to leverage AI (Copilot)
- Ability to work collaboratively across P&O, business stakeholders, and external providers.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits role.
- Multi-country / regional experience required.
