HOW IS WORKING IN THE MARKETING TEAM SPECIAL?

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
Orchestrating Insight delivery across the region
Translate business priorities into high-impact insight projects, combining research, analytics and market data
Shape how work gets done by defining priorities, resourcing and delivery models across teams and partners
Continuously evolve our ways of working and tools to deliver faster, smarter and more actionable insights
Owning the Insight agency and data ecosystem
Define and lead the Insight partner strategy across Central Europe
Manage key partners and design effective collaboration models, contracts and research programmes
Drive quality, efficiency and value, ensuring our investments deliver measurable business impact
Building Insight capabilities across the team
Define and deliver a forward-looking capability roadmap for the Insight function
Elevate the team’s craft in synthesis, storytelling and influencing senior stakeholders
Embed high standards and new ways of working, including the use of AI in insight generation
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about turning data into impact and shaping how Insight drives business decisions.
University education
Min. 5 years’ experience in customer insight, analytics or market research (retail or FMCG preferred)
Upper-intermediate level of English language knowledge
People management experience
Proven track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
Experience working with multiple data sources in a cross-functional environment
Exposure to agency or partner management is a plus
