O pozici

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the functional planning lifecycle for modern healthcare facilities.

Co budeš dělat

Develop functional and operational layouts and flow concepts for hospital projects
Translate clinical/operational requirements into space programs, adjacency diagrams and workflow models
Collaborate with design, architecture, engineering and clinical stakeholders
Analyze and define department functions (inpatient, outpatient, diagnostics, support services) and their infrastructure needs
Collaborate and provide consultancy on the functional plans, room data sheets, medical equipment lists and operational protocols
Participate in design coordination meetings and review supplier data and system interfaces
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, codes, accreditation and regulatory requirements
Liaise with clients, clinicians and operational leadership to integrate strategy, clinical processes and architecture

Koho hledáme

High School or University Degree in biomedical/nursing field and education/experience in a technical field is an advantage
Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and functional space planning
5+ years of experience in hospital functional planning, healthcare facility design or operational planning in healthcare/infrastructure projects
Experience in preparing functional plans, room data sheets, adjacency diagrams and equipment specification
Written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Communicative English
