- In this role you will take ownership of the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring releases are well-coordinated, predictable, and aligned to programme timelines.
- Own and manage the release calendar and cadence across multiple programmes and platforms
- Plan, schedule, and orchestrate releases end-to-end, including feature releases, patches, and hotfixes
- Coordinate cross-functional release activities across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams
- Define and enforce release quality gates, ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory, and security requirements
- Manage deployment processes across development, staging, UAT, and production environments
- Monitor release performance, drive post-release reviews, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and mitigate release risks, ensuring stability and reliability across all deployments
- Act as the primary point of contact for release communications, stakeholder updates, and escalation management
Koho hledáme
- Proven experience in release management, DevOps, or software engineering operations within multi-team environments
- Experience managing platform or shared service releases across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release orchestration tooling
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP) and containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience working within regulated or governance-driven environments, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across technical teams without direct authority
- Excellent organisational, communication, and risk management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
