Who we’re looking for
- Previous experience in strategic procurement within a manufacturing environment
- Experience purchasing mechanical, electrical, or electronic components
- University degree
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Advanced English for communication with international suppliers
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Experience working with international suppliers
- Technical background or understanding of manufacturing processes
What you’ll do
- Lead strategic and operational procurement of components and materials for production
- Develop sourcing strategies and optimize the supplier portfolio
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and delivery conditions
- Ensure timely supply of purchased components to support production and development
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and delivery performance
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance
- Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks
- Support new product introduction by sourcing suitable suppliers and components
