Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or Computer Science (advanced degree is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, preferably within a digital-first or direct-to-consumer environment.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets.
- Experience working with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Experience using BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
- Familiarity with collaborative analytics environments such as Hex or Deepnote.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement, campaign analytics and marketing KPIs.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with attribution methodologies and lifetime value (LTV) models.
- Experience with web analytics and/or mobile app analytics.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate coding, analysis, reporting and communication.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings to business stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills, intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative, global team.
What you’ll do
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting on marketing performance across our global consumer brands.
- Analyze campaign performance across paid, owned and earned channels, identifying trends, optimization opportunities and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor website and mobile app performance to uncover customer behavior insights.
- Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to understand new initiatives and ensure analytics support evolving business needs.
- Lead ad hoc analyses that answer strategic business questions and influence decision-making.
- Design, build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that improve visibility into marketing performance.
- Continuously improve and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase analytical efficiency.
- Work with experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing design, measurement and interpretation.
- Interpret outputs from attribution and lifetime value (LTV) models to support marketing investment decisions.
- Leverage AI tools responsibly to improve analytical workflows, coding productivity, reporting and communication.
