Who we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, product analytics, marketing analytics, or business analytics;
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau: dashboard development, optimization, data source management, and performance improvement;
- Advanced SQL skills: ability to write complex analytical queries, work with multiple data sources, optimize queries, and validate data logic;
- Strong understanding of business, product, or marketing metrics: ROI, LTV, conversion, retention, funnels, traffic quality, and performance dynamics;
- Experience in translating business problems into analytical solutions and clear recommendations;
- Strong data quality mindset: attention to metric logic, consistency, accuracy, and reliability;
- Experience working directly with stakeholders: requirements gathering, expectation management, presenting results, and explaining insights;
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks end to end, and prioritize in a dynamic environment;
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to investigate ambiguous or complex business questions;
- Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication;
- English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end analytical and reporting solutions: from business request clarification to data investigation, dashboard delivery, validation, and further optimization;
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated reports and Tableau dashboards for business, product, marketing, and regional teams;
- Monitor data quality by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across reports, dashboards, and reporting layers;
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across data sources, dashboards, and business metrics;
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define success criteria, align metric logic, and ensure correct interpretation of data;
- Analyze product and marketing performance, highlighting trends, anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities;
- Analyze traffic efficiency, including ROI, LTV, conversion, retention, and funnel performance, to support data-driven decision-making;
- Transform business questions into clear analytical approaches, reporting solutions, or actionable recommendations;
- Improve reporting processes, optimize dashboard performance, and contribute to the scalability and usability of the analytics infrastructure;
- Proactively identify areas where analytics can improve business efficiency, decision-making, or operational visibility;
- Support less experienced analysts by sharing best practices in SQL, Tableau, data validation, and stakeholder communication.
