What you’ll do
- Sales Support : Provide daily administrative support to Partner Management Executives and business partners
- Partner Management : Process partner requests, track progress, and maintain partner data in Salesforce and SAP
- System Administration : Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and onboarding for partner companies
- Opportunity Management : Support lead conversion processes and proactively follow up with stakeholders and partners.
- Data Maintenance : Update partner profiles and ensure data accuracy across internal systems
- Technical Support : Provide support related to system access, login issues, ordering platforms, and Siemens applications.
