Who we’re looking for

• At least a high school education preferably in the construction field
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the Czech language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, plan work properly with respect to priorities and time
• Emphasize diligence and independence, thereby contributing positively and effectively to team results

What you’ll do

• Administrative and organizational support of the Senior Property Law Specialist on projects of property settlement of transport infrastructure constructions (railway and road constructions)
• Taking care of the day-to-day administrative agenda (office activities)
• Administrative preparation of documents and contracts for signing
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Preparation of spreadsheets and reports
• Possibility of cooperation on other similar projects if interested
