Who we’re looking for
- Secondary or university education
- Relevant experience in procurement or a related field – suitable also for university graduates with work experience gained during studies
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and commercial/contract law
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
- Experience in cross-functional communication within a global organizational structure
- Good PC skills (MS Excel; SAP knowledge is required)
- English language proficiency at B2 level; excellent Czech language skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility, independence, reliability, and a team-player mindset
What you’ll do
- Supporting strategic commodity leaders
- Developing and sharing best practices and procurement processes across categories/commodities
- Benchmarking prices across geographical regions and categories to identify potential opportunities
- Preparing data and evaluating e-sourcing (RFP, RFQ, Auctions) projects
- Contract management and administration (ensuring standardized supplier contract management processes, creating templates, ensuring contract signing processes including tracking contract expiration)
- Supplier performance management (defining processes, supplier development)
- Managing supplier segmentation processes and updating evaluations based on the latest criteria
