Who we’re looking for
- You are a university student in an economics-related field
- You have English at B1 level and Slovak at C2 level
- You are precise, responsible, and detail-oriented
- You can work with MS Office
What you’ll do
- process and confirm customer orders in SAP
- monitor their status and ensure on-time delivery
- manage assigned orders based on inputs from project managers
- handle logistics (transport to the customer)
- prepare documentation for invoicing
- handle and record complaints
- communicate with customers and internal teams
