Mgr. SPS/LEANVerified as a real position

Who we’re looking for

• Knowledge of lean principles, methods and tools
• Manufacturing related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards and processes- ideally in an automotive environment
• Advanced level of English language
• Experience in a leadership position, preferred in operational units with direct and indirect
• interpersonal skills (time management, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking, motivation of employees)

What you’ll do

• Assurance and support the development of the Plant LEAN Strategy
• Identify (crossfunctional) improvement potential and initiate improvement projects for all LEAN methods and principles
• Moderate workshops and coach the local plant team in their on site projects to create a common understanding of LEAN
• Support promotion of culture change and foster the meachanism of lean approach within the plant
• Support to create, sustain and continuously improve defined standards (e.g. 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Administration, Visual Management)
• Report LEAN status to Plant Management team and respective business units and / or Product lines
