Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in logistics operations and team leadership, strong leadership skills, ability to solve problems effectively and promptly
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inbound/outbound flows, and operational planning
- Analytical mindset with experience in process optimization and automation
- Ability to make strategic decisions and lead teams in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Communicative level of English and Czech
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Willingness to work in shifts
What you’ll do
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 40 employees
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, packaging operations, and picking processes
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives
- Track and analyze KPIs, implement corrective actions, and enhance performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
- Collaborate on strategic projects within the Global Logistics Excellence Center
About the position
ZF is establishing a new state-of-the-art distribution center in Ostrov, which will become a key logistics hub within our global supply chain. This facility integrates advanced automation, digital technologies, and data-driven logistics to enhance operational efficiency. This role is designed for experienced logistics professionals with expertise in inbound/outbound operations, packaging, and picking processes, who are looking to drive strategic improvements and lead a team in a high-tech logistics environment.
