Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in integrated supply chain, materials management, project management, or logistics preferred
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• SAP knowledge

What you’ll do

• Lead coordination and execution of material-related projects supporting the A350 program
• Create and manage customer orders and quotations in alignment with program requirements
• Administer materials under administrative or legal block and maintain accurate records
• Allocate critical parts and support escalation management to mitigate supply risks
• Develop and maintain reports for A350 materials, orders, and performance metrics
• Produce daily OTTR (On Time To Request) trend reports for parts on critical or legal block
• Collaborate daily with Export Compliance, A350 Program Team, Lufthansa, CSR teams, order processing, planners, and buyers
• Monitor orders that cannot ship from ERDC locations and coordinate transfers to U.S. sites as required
• Ensure compliance with export, legal, and internal supply chain policies
• Provide backup coverage for ISC team members during absences
• Maintain daily interaction with HIS customers to support service and delivery commitments

About the position

The ISC Project Management Specialist supports the A350 Program Management Team by leading and coordinating material-related initiatives across the integrated supply chain (ISC). This role focuses on project coordination, materials execution, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery, compliance, and continuity of supply. The scope of responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and ISC priorities. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
