What you’ll do
- Develop and implement the HR strategy across the Czech Cluster (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), aligning with overall business priorities
- Drive organizational and capability transformation across the cluster, ensuring the organization evolves in line with company priorities, business strategy, and pipeline needs; translate strategic priorities into workforce, capability, and operating model implications
- Lead and oversee HR teams across the cluster, ensuring consistency of HR policies, processes, and practices while respecting local legal requirements
- Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies across all three countries
- Drive talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development to support business growth n
- Ensure effective and consistent performance management practices across the cluster
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market practices and organizational objectives
- Provide robust HR analytics and reporting to monitor effectiveness of HR programs and support data-driven decision-making
- Act as a strategic business partner to leadership teams, shaping business strategy and translating pipeline and growth priorities into organizational design, capability, and talent implications
- Deliver high-quality, business-focused HR services, ensuring strong alignment with organizational priorities
- Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce evolution, and capability building required to deliver long-term business and pipeline objectives
- Promote a strong understanding of Lilly’s culture, values, and expectations across the cluster
- Ensure clear communication and adoption of HR programs and initiatives by employees and leaders
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant practices across all markets
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and integrity in all HR activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective HR delivery
