Who we’re looking for
- You must have a C1/C2 level of Czech, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- You must have a valid EU passport.
- You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
What you’ll do
- As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with product inquiries, troubleshooting, order-related questions, and general support.
