Co budeš dělat
- Own execution of CRM campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
- Support implementation of the CRM strategy defined by the CRM Manager.
- Work with customer segmentation, personalization, and targeting to deliver relevant and effective messaging.
- Provide input to campaign innovation, customer journey improvements, and automation flows.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepares reports to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with BI, performance managers, copywriters, and brand teams to ensure aligned communication.
- Acts as a subject matter expert on campaign execution tools, continuously suggesting improvements.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and campaign management tools, especially in Bloomreach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Czech.
