Responsibilities:
Manage the supplier components qualification for new projectsManage supplier quality activities from prototype to serial phase in given projectsPerform technical analysis and root cause analysesCoordinate daily activities with other SQA engineers and project cross functional teamSupport supplier’s industrialization and validation processesPerform preventive auditsEnsure the quality goals of suppliers are met to improve customer satisfaction and reduce quality costsMonitor and report the supplier's quality performance through the appropriate indicatorsSupport and validate problem resolution actions in serial production and also in new launches
To be successful in this Role you must have:
University degree, technical background is an advantageMinimum of 3 years’ experience performing supplier quality role in the automotive industryAdvanced level of English. German or French is advantagePreferred experience with plastic or injection moldings commoditiesCore quality tools knowledge as 8D, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and PPAP methodology, knowledge of VDA standardsWillingness to travel (approximately around 25-50%)Knowledge in problem solving methodologiesNegotiation and communication skillsVery good organization, interpersonal skills
