- Manage the execution of procurement and category management delivery to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and implement recommendations related to cost, process, and operations to foster innovation and efficiency.
- Define strategy, products, deliverables, and value propositions that support business objectives.
- Ensure that service level agreements are consistently met to maintain high standards of performance.
- Provide oversight of subcontractor functions within procurement, including managing the Contractor Exchange.
- Procurement Category Manager collaborating with external clients to develop and execute Logistics and Supply Chain sourcing strategies.
- Supports Fortune 500 business goals by achieving optimal pricing, quality, and service levels, while contributing to sales, solution design, and expanding procurement control over non traditional spend areas.
- Pursue senior stakeholder relationships, develop category plans, lead sourcing projects negotiations, award recommendations, business cases and contract execution.
- Manage supplier collaboration, performance, risk, innovation and agreements through the lifecycle.
- Provide market intelligence and financial analysis, mentor teams, support change, governance, benefit realization and transparent costs across key clients.
- Acts independently and interfaces with customers and suppliers through strong written and verbal communication.
- Manages matrix organizations with key clients using analytical, organization, time management and problem solving skills.
- Brings solution oriented selling, change leadership, project management, strategic sourcing and negotiation experience, Microsoft Office proficiency and relationship building strength.

- Master proficiency in Sourcing and Procurement.
- A minimum of 8-14 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
- English C1.
