Co budeš dělat
- Work on live transactions from early-stage analysis to deal execution.
- Support investor communication, deal structuring, and negotiations.
- Prepare and work with financial analyses, valuation models, and transaction materials (e.g. information memoranda).
- Collaborate with clients, investors, and internal teams across the deal process.
- Take ownership of smaller workstreams and gradually build greater responsibility within projects
Koho hledáme
- 2+ years of experience in transaction-related environments (e.g. M&A, due diligence, valuation, corporate finance).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.
- Experience with Excel and financial modelling is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Czech – you will use both on a daily basis.
- Ability to work in a project-based environment and handle dynamic situations.
- Solid communication skills and willingness to work closely with clients and team members.
