- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 6 sales professionals across Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
- Building a connected, high-performing team culture based on trust, accountability, and collaboration.
- Driving execution of division strategy across the region through strong coaching, performance management, and clear priorities.
- Assessing territory setup, team focus, and commercial practices to identify opportunities for growth and improved effectiveness.
- Partnering with regional and EMEA leadership to align on business priorities and support delivery of growth objectives.
- Promoting better ways of working by challenging the status quo and encouraging adoption of new tools, technologies, and approaches.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and people management.
- Experience coaching teams, managing performance, and developing talent.
- Experience leading teams and working effectively in a remote, geographically dispersed, and multicultural environment.
- Experience managing a multi-country or regional territory.
- Strong analytical skills, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, sales forecasting, and business reporting.
- Openness to AI tools and digital technologies that improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
