As a Sales Associate at Jimmy Choo, you will be an ambassador of our brand, bringing the passion, craftsmanship, and glamour of Jimmy Choo to life. You will provide an exceptional, world-class luxury shopping experience to every client entering our Prague boutique. Your ultimate goal is to drive sales, build long-term client relationships, and maintain the highest standards of visual presentation.

- Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver a personalized and memorable luxury customer service experience.
- Proactively recruit new clients and maintain a strong personal client book.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with local and international customers through consistent follow-ups.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Jimmy Choo collections, materials, and trends.
- Share the brand’s heritage and story enthusiastically with clients.
- Act as a role model, embodying the sophisticated, glamorous, and stylish image of Jimmy Choo.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including stock management, inventory, and replenishment.
- Maintain strict adherence to visual merchandising guidelines to ensure the boutique looks pristine.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system and follow cash-handling procedures.
Koho hledáme
- Previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Czech (both spoken and written). Additional languages (e.g., Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic) are a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
- Results-driven, proactive team player with a passion for luxury fashion, footwear, and accessories.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
