Co budeš dělat
- Payroll Coordination
Manage end-to-end payroll cycle with external providers across assigned European countries
Review and validate payroll inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness
Ensure payroll is processed in line with internal timelines and country-specific deadlines
- Vendor Management
Act as the primary point of contact for external payroll providers
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs
Escalate and resolve payroll issues in a timely manner
- Compliance & Governance
Ensure payroll processes comply with local legislation, tax, and social security requirements
Stay informed of regulatory changes and assess impact with providers
Support internal and external audits
- Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate employee payroll data within HR systems
Perform reconciliations (payroll, GL, statutory reports)
Prepare payroll-related reports for Finance and HR stakeholders
- Stakeholder Support
Provide payroll guidance to HR, managers, and employees
Support employee queries related to pay, deductions, and statutory elements
Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Finance teams
- Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and enhance efficiency
Support automation and system improvement initiatives (e.g., integrations, OTL, HRIS)
Contribute to standardization and documentation of payroll processes across Europe
Koho hledáme
- Experience in payroll operations (multi-country Europe preferred)
- Strong understanding of payroll concepts, taxes, and social security
- Experience working with outsourced payroll models
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Usage of excel on daily basis (pivots, formulas etc.)
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with payroll/HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
- Higher education qualification
- Member of professional HR association an advantage
- May be studying for an Entry Level professional qualification from a recognized HR body / organization.
