We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real estate and land-related transactions across the Czech Republic. The role covers the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and first contact through negotiation and closing, with responsibility for building and maintaining a strong and healthy commercial pipeline. This role is based in Prague and offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
Co budeš dělat
- You will own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
- You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closed transactions.
- You will monitor pipeline health using KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts, contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes, and support strategic initiatives and market development activities across the Czech Republic.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development.
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end.
- Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management.
