- Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in assigned market sectors, driving the sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, conducting regular reviews to identify additional business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and marketing to support smooth customer onboarding and the successful execution of sales strategies.
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM systems, ensuring a continuously filled and actively managed sales funnel.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales planning and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide input and feedback on improving the inside sales processes and customer experience to ensure long-term success.
- Generate new business leads from references, tradeshows, web searches, other digital resources and qualifying them.
- Meet targets on budget, profitability levels and service diversification
- Set up and lead of sales campaigns based on category, service/product mix and type of account, coordination of campaign activities with commercial teams members; supporting materials creation and translation
- Cold calling: making multiple outbound calls to potential prospects, understanding client needs, offering solutions and support on CHEP procedures, researching potential leads.
- Generate relationship and engagement on social media and other demand generation digital tools (LikedIn Sales Navigator), maximize interaction with corporate pages and web site.
- Tracking performance and sales metrics, monthly.
- Building pipelines with team members and maintain database (CRM Salesforce) of prospective client information
- Clarify the need of the prospect customer and evaluate size and timing of the opportunity, using CRM to track each sales stage.
- Prepare Service offers and negotiate sales
- Draw decisions on the assignment of larger opportunities to Field Sales while retaining direct negotiation in sales opportunities when possible, in agreement with line manager
- Support to Field sales agents by advising visit planning.
- Handle incoming calls and website emails and manage the leads as above.
- Opening accounts and onboarding trainings for field team customers.
- Participate in projects to extend CHEP offer, deliver growth and transform customer value
- Performing in line with team KPIs and metrics
- Other tasks delegated by line manager
Koho hledáme
- 3 years experience Inside sales (outbound calls) in multinational environment
- Proven negotiation track is a plus
- Team member full of passion and commitment
- Fast learning, looking for challenges open person
- Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English language
- MS Office
- Good attention to details
- Organizational skills
- Team player
- Business Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar are a plus
- First experience in Sales or other commercial functions in a Customer Care role is a plus
- Analytical mindset
- SAP, Salesforce systems
