Co budeš dělat
- Drive and coordinate learning and development initiatives across our European operations that support business objectives and strengthen our learning culture.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs across countries to identify capability gaps and design development solutions with measurable impact.
- Manage end-to-end learning activities, including program coordination, communication, vendor management, and learning administration.
- Monitor learning effectiveness, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to maximize business value.
- Support talent, performance, leadership, and organizational development initiatives at Group level.
- Contribute to broader HR and people projects where development, capability building, and change management are key success factors.
Koho hledáme
- 3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related HR field.
- Strong understanding of how learning and capability building support business performance.
- Passion for creating a learning culture and helping individuals, teams, and the organization grow.
- Tech-savvy mindset with experience or strong interest in HR systems and LMS administration, ideally with enthusiasm for AI and database optimization.
- Highly analytical, curious, and quick to learn.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable balancing operational tasks with higher-value strategic work.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different countries, cultures, and functions.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect development initiatives to organizational priorities and outcomes.
- Desire to continuously expand scope, take ownership, and contribute beyond traditional L&D activities.
