Job Description Objective Global Supply Chain Logistics is continuously looking to improve our processes, reduce costs/spend, reduce supply chain/supplier risk, and improve quality.

- Data analysis on duty savings opportunities, transportation network optimization, and supplier strategic sourcing opportunities with goal to lower landed costs
- Provide oversight of data domains and standards within third party systems
- Lead payment process for duty, custom broker and freight payments
- Development of Tableau and PowerBI dashboard
- Create and manage supply chain global business intelligence dashboards
- Reconciliation of accounts payable, forecasting accruals, and future liabilities.
- Support digital twin initiative on product, freight flows, to understand landed costs
- Manage logistics carrier EDI specs, end to end data flows btw dispersant systems
- Collaborates with one or more cross-functional digital product teams to gather and analyze business requirements for digital initiatives, including Transportation Management, Freight Payment enhancements
- Ensures business and functional requirements are captured and organized.
- Conducts stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research to understand user
- Works closely with the product owner, scrum master, designers, developers, and testers to ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives.
- Lead transformation initiatives including working with third party companies and suppliers
- Reporting and creation of presentations

- Strong business acumen
- Skills to create Tableau and/or BI dashboards (PowerBI)
- Bachelor's Degree 4+ years related experience within logistics or supply chain
- Strong conviction, open to consider alternative points of views
- Change agent; effective communicator w/internal clients and outside partners
- Ability to effectively communicate with other team members, supplier and end-users
- Data and systems management experience
- Proficient in spoken and written English skills
- Understanding of Global Logistics
- Willingness to travel - 10% of working time
