We are looking for a Global Account Manager (GAM) to join our EMEA Global Partner Team and lead the development of key strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators and other high-value partners.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive partner engagement, revenue growth, and long-term collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers.
- Create and implement joint business, sales, and marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
- Drive business reviews, account planning, and performance follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive developments.
- Support and guide regional sales teams in managing and growing strategic accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources across sales, marketing, segment development, and technical teams.
- Collaborate through Salesforce when it comes to m anag ing forecasting, reporting, and account performance trackin g.
- Share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the Global Partner Team.

- Proven experience in account management, business development, or strategic partner management.
- Strong ability to develop and execute business plans and growth strategies.
- Experience managing executive-level relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
- Solid financial and commercial understanding, including forecasting and business performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into tangible results.
- Experience working with CRM and collaborative tools such as Salesforce .
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving growth through partnerships.
- English is a must in addition, preferably another European language.

- This role requires regular collaboration across EMEA and other Axis regions, as well as occasional travel to partners and internal meetings, within EMEA and Globally.
