Take part in shaping the future of finance at one of the world’s most creative companies! Core responsibilities: In this role, you will join the Finance Controlling & Planning organization and work closely with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) of our Digital/People Places & Culture (HR)/CFO organization to enable smart decision-making through insights, structure, and collaboration.
Co budeš dělat
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
- Support FBP’s in providing financial insights and analysis towards the three sub teams
- Prepare and review monthly performance reports, including variance analysis on cost, productivity, and targets.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cost controlling for strategic projects and help to enhance our reporting and partnering framework to Sr. Business interested parties.
- Help find opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation across operations finance activities.
- Collaborate across finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and data consistency.

- Proven experience in financial controlling and finance business partnering with the ability to conduct data analysis across multiple sources to support strategic decisions
- Confident presentation and communication skills in English, capable of translating insights into clear and impactful messages for both Finance and Business colleagues.
