As a creative and structured problem solver, the Enterprise Architect will help clients translate industry trends, regulatory requirements, emerging technologies, and business priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps that leverage Oracle's portfolio of applications, data, AI, infrastructure, and industry solutions.
The Enterprise Architect will engage early in the customer lifecycle to shape strategic opportunities, establish transformation visions, influence executive decision-making, and create differentiated Oracle propositions that deliver measurable business value.

- Strategic Advisory & Executive Engagement
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to customer executives and transformation leaders.
Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Data Officers, and Line-of-Business leaders to shape long-term transformation agendas.
Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions.
Influence customer technology and business strategies through thought leadership and industry expertise.
Develop trusted relationships across customer and Oracle executive stakeholders
- Enterprise Architecture Leadership
Develop enterprise transformation blueprints that align business, application, data, AI, security, and technology architectures.
Create future-state architectures and transformation roadmaps that support customer business objectives.
Apply industry reference models, Oracle best practices, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Identify opportunities to reduce technology complexity, improve business agility, and maximize investment value.
Ensure alignment across business strategy, operating model, technology investments, and execution plans.
- Industry Transformation & Innovation
Provide thought leadership on Financial Services and Insurance industry trends, regulations, competitive pressures, and emerging technologies.
Help customers understand how AI, data, cloud, automation, digital channels, and industry-specific capabilities can drive business outcomes.
Translate market trends into strategic Oracle propositions.
Leverage Oracle customer success stories and industry use cases to accelerate customer confidence and adoption.
- Opportunity Shaping & Growth
Support strategic account planning and major opportunity development.
Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Product Development, Customer Success, and Partners to shape transformational opportunities.
Contribute to executive business cases, value realization frameworks, and transformation strategies.
Influence major programs and strategic investments before solution definition begins.
Support qualification and pursuit activities for high-value strategic opportunities.
- Cross-Oracle Leadership
Act as a bridge across Oracle Lines of Business, Product Development, Consulting, Customer Success, and Industry teams.
Align Oracle stakeholders around a common customer transformation vision.
Assemble and lead virtual teams to address complex customer challenges.
Share best practices, reference architectures, and industry insights across the broader EMEA organization.
- Ecosystem & Partner Engagement
Collaborate with strategic Systems Integrators and industry partners to define joint transformation approaches.
Support ecosystem alignment for large-scale transformation programs.
Promote adoption of Oracle reference architectures and industry best practices across partner-led engagements.

- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, Consulting, or related leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of the Financial Services and/or Insurance industry, including regulatory, operational, and technology challenges.
- Proven experience engaging at Executive and C-suite levels.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture disciplines including Business, Application, Data, AI, Security, and Technology Architecture.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner, or equivalent methodologies.
- Demonstrated success influencing large-scale transformation programs and strategic technology investments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology decisions to measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead through influence in highly matrixed global organizations.
- Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. 12 years applicable experience preferred. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.
