- Technical Strategy & Architecture

Risk & Compliance: Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across all engineering operations.
- Delivery Efficiency & Modernization (The AI Mandate)
Process Optimization: Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (such as DORA or SPACE frameworks) to identify and eliminate development bottlenecks.
AI Integration: Lead the strategic adoption of AI-augmented development tools (e.g., code assistants, automated testing, documentation agents) to eliminate developer toil.
